Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to any quote, estimate or work carried out by Connerty Construction ("we", "us", "our") for a client ("you").

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are provided following a site visit and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change if ground conditions differ materially from what was assessed at the site visit.

Scheduling

Start dates are agreed in advance but may be affected by weather, access issues, or matters outside our control. We'll keep you informed of any changes.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed with you directly before work begins and confirmed in writing.

Guarantees

Workmanship is carried out to the standard set out in the relevant quote. Any issues arising from workmanship should be reported to us as soon as they're noticed.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
